Villas4Rent started with a simple idea: to combine the comfort of a private home with the service and attention of a boutique hotel. As travelers ourselves, we know how important location, cleanliness, and small details are. That’s why each villa is personally managed, well-equipped, and located within walking distance to Ayia Napa’s beaches, restaurants, and nightlife — yet tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

How we started

It all began with one villa, a passion for hospitality, and the desire to do things differently. After years of hosting on Airbnb and Booking.com, we listened to what guests really value — space, simplicity, and sincerity.
As the number of happy guests grew, so did our vision. Now, Villas4Rent manages multiple properties in Ayia Napa and continues to grow — not as a big corporation, but as a family-run business that truly cares.

Our team

We’re a small, dedicated team based in Cyprus. From bookings to check-out, we handle everything ourselves — no call centers, no outsourcing.
Denis and Yana, the founders, personally oversee each villa and are always available to help with local tips, special requests, or last-minute needs.
We speak English, Russian, and a little bit of everything else, and we’re always just a message away. Our goal is simple: to make you feel welcome, relaxed, and already planning your next stay.
