Cancellation policy

1. Standard Cancellation Terms

Unless otherwise stated during your booking, the following standard policy applies:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in
• 50% refund if cancelled 14 to 29 days before check-in
• No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before check-in or in case of no-show

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some special offers and discounted rates may be marked as non-refundable. In such cases:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes, or no-shows

3. Force Majeure / Extraordinary Circumstances

In case of government-imposed travel restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events that make travel impossible, we will review each situation individually and may offer a reschedule or credit at our discretion.

4. How to Cancel

Include: your name, villa name, check-in date, and reservation number (if available)

5. Refund Method

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
