House rules

1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
• Late check-out or early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability and extra charge.

2. Occupancy

• Maximum 6 guests per villa, with the option to add 1 extra guest on a folding bed (€50 per night).
• Unregistered guests or overnight visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

3. Noise & Behavior

• Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Loud music, parties, and events are not allowed.
• This is a residential neighborhood — respect the privacy of nearby guests and neighbors.

4. Smoking & Pets

• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
• Designated outdoor areas may be used for smoking.
• Pets are not allowed in the villas.

5. Cleaning & Maintenance

• Final cleaning is included.
• Additional cleaning during your stay is available for €130 upon request.
• Please keep the villa tidy and report any damage or issues as soon as possible.

6. Pool & Outdoor Areas

• Use the pool at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pool is cleaned regularly — please avoid using glassware near the pool area.
• No diving or running around the pool.

7. Electricity Usage

• Up to 30 kWh per day is included in your stay.
• Additional usage will be charged separately.

8. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be required upon arrival.
• Damages or violations of these house rules may result in partial or full loss of the deposit.
